I get to work with volunteers (project leaders, teachers, and students) who are passionate about their work and spread positive energy through their enormous dedication. And because they selflessly help others, they also grow tremendously in their own development. I can't imagine a better job!

Last year, Salko was on vacation with us. He's deaf, crooked, and paces back and forth all day. He was very easy to motivate to participate in the activities. When the hammer tap came on the table, he turned out to have excellent motor skills and amazing concentration. Our advice to the caregivers was to have him participate in the activities once he was back at the facility. Even though they thought it would be difficult for the caregivers to communicate with him, they took it on anyway. That changed his life! Salko turned out to be doing incredibly well. The best reaction was the proud smile on his face!

It's not just the clients of institutions for people with disabilities who look forward to the holidays we organize for them at our hostel in Lisicici. We do too! Every year, we enjoy the beautiful surroundings with them at Lake Jablanicko, organize all kinds of activities, take a dip, have a coffee on a terrace, and sing and dance until late at night. It's pure enjoyment!
