Management

The board consists entirely of volunteers. Members receive no compensation.

Director

The director is the only employee of the Foundation. The remuneration is based on the role's level of responsibility and responsibilities.

Project leaders & coordinators

Project leaders and coordinators volunteer to contribute to the Foundation's goals, in exchange for reimbursement of expenses.

Volunteers

These are participants in projects of the Out of Area Foundation who pay a certain amount to participate in our projects.
